|郑煦（1858-抗战前），字霁林，是清末民初人，祖籍广东中山县。清光绪年间，他任厦门厘金委员（相当于财政局局长），1902年，他以厘金委员的身份参与《鼓浪屿地界章程》的签字。光绪二十九年（1903年）任厦门海防厅同知（管民政的最高长官）。辛亥革命以后，任厦门中国银行行长。郑煦退休后长期寓居鼓浪屿，以书画自娱，最擅长工笔花鸟人物，成为闽台两地著名的画家。
