|一通两页||清写本||上款人：苗沛霖（1798-1863） ，字雨三，安徽凤台人。秀才出身，原为塾师。郭布罗•长顺（1839年－1904年），字鹤汀，达斡尔族，隶满洲正白旗，清朝军事人物。他是三朝重臣，历仕咸丰、同治、光绪三朝，曾是咸丰皇帝的蓝翎侍卫，因战功赫赫而青云直上，20多岁便领兵驻守西北，勇号“恩特赫恩巴图鲁”。同治年间又擢升为乌里雅苏台将军，成为封疆大吏。光绪十四年他出任吉林将军，镇守东北边疆。在他主政吉林期间，吏治清明，百姓安乐。
