He assisted in the placing of historic and contemporary Native American jewellery in the permanent display at the Heard Museum, a private museum located in Phoenix, Arizona, dedicated to the advancement of Native American Indian art. He was also the artist in residence at the Heard Museum from 1986-1987, teaching and demonstrating the centuries old art of Navajo jewellery making.
