Circa 4th-3rd Century B.C.
The tripod base with leonine paws, the top of each leg separated by a palmette, supporting a long fluted column, surmounted by a drip pan incised with radiate tongues, the finial with two projecting branches with lotus bud terminals, and two residual branches, topped by a figure of an athlete on a reel-shaped pedestal, ancient but not belonging, 109cm high注脚Provenance:
