陈维信（1914-1990），号诚斋，笔名陈实。山东阳信人。1939年考入北平故宫国画研究所，同年进入北平国立艺专，于1942年毕业。曾得周怀民、萧谦中、于非闇、黄宾虹诸名家的指授，对石涛的艺术研究尤深，曾为中国美术家协会会员，中国画研究会顾问，北京中国书画研究会理事。 款识：莱芜政协存念，甲子（1984）冬月，鲁人陈维信於泉城南郊饭店。 钤印：维信（朱）鲁倪纵笔（白）
