Carved in relief, the front with a tiger beside an overhanging pine tree, looking around to the right, its forepaws resting in a cooling stream, its eyes and claws inlaid with gilt metal, the reverse carved in relief with stylised mon, the lowest case with a removable sliding box for containing a seal and ink, signed Seiyodo chokoku, 9.8cm (3 7/8in); the ojime of lacquered peach stone, unsigned, 1.6cm (5/8in).注脚虎・紋章図木彫印籠　銘 「青陽堂彫刻」　19世紀
