本尊頭戴三葉寶冠，頂結高髻，法相刻畫細膩，著貼體兜提（dholti），飾瓔珞、聖線，右手持金剛杵，左肩有蓮花，S形身姿，呈大王遊戲坐（Royal Ease），姿態柔媚，動態流暢，下承仰覆蓮台座。本尊的裝飾模式反映印度本土的審美趣味，雙眼、嘴唇、聖線、背面皆有嵌錯銀或紅銅，為帕拉晚期的典型風格。此外，蓮瓣肥厚飽滿，底座下緣飾一周連珠紋，亦常見於帕拉造像，可以作為界定本尊時代風格的依據。瑞士Rietberg博物館藏一尊帕拉彌勒菩薩與本尊坐姿相仿，另紐約佳士得在2016年推出的Lahiri收藏中，有一尊帕拉彌勒菩薩姿態、尺寸、工藝風格皆與本尊相近，可以引為參考。
