A Tashkent silk embroidered linen yulduz palyak panel (susani) Central Asia, 19th Century of rectangular form, embroidered entirely in polychrome silks with five octagonal cartouches containing star motifs interspersed by rectangles containing flowerheads, the border with an undulating vine, later fabric edging 240 x 180 cm.
