The fluted dish with a scalloped rim, painted in underglaze-blue, enamels and gilding with flowering branches in the centre and sixteen radiating panels of alternating trellis and floral patterns reserved with scattered chrysanthemum medallions, the reverse with a band of foliate and floral scrollwork in iron-red, underglaze-blue and gilding, 21.5cm diam., large crossed swords mark within concentric circles in underglaze-blue (some scattered wear to gilding)
