Signed Shangjun, 19th century The seal of rectangular shape, carved on both sides with a seal, one side reading 'Kang Wu De', the other with 'Shang Jun' in small within a delicate design of an archaistic chilong, 7.1cm (2 6/8in) high; together with a horn case and cover, 11.5cm (4 1/2in) long, and an ivory miniature framed portrait of Admiral Vansittart, father of Edward Westby Vansittart, 10.5cm (4 1/8in) x 12cm (4 6/8in).
