香港他山雅集旧藏白色玉质，边缘有红沁。剑璏正面浅浮雕一螭龙，身形卷曲灵动，穿梭于云气之间。扁方长形，下承用以系带佩挂的矩形孔。剑璏具有东汉风格。剑璏是镶嵌在剑鞘之上配件，与剑首、剑格、剑珌组成整套剑饰。玉剑璏在战、汉时期非常多见。本件玉剑璏玉种优良，造型优美，工艺精细，堪称同时期之精品佳作。
