|湖田窑作品的釉色、质地之美，尽人皆知，自不必说。而其造型之美之丰富，却常常无意间被忽视。此盏六花瓣形口，浅弧腹，外撇小圈足，侧视如一朵绽放的花儿。托似折沿盘，中设高台以举盏。圈足较高，足墙一周镂六孔以通透，避免沉闷呆板之弊。盏托配套，互为映衬，盏因托而飘逸而高贵；托因盏而宽博而翔实。整体造型在视觉上，给人以稳重平静又不失灵动变化之美感。
