菩薩為站立姿態，雙眼向下俯視，髮髻高聳，額上穿戴細緻的三葉寶冠，冠中一化佛，耳飾花璫，頸配珠鍊項圈，背後為火焰環狀頭光，面容寧謐慈祥。上身袒露，下著貼體衣裙，雙臂戴釧，束腰帶，胯間斜束寶帶，寶帶垂角於身側。右手施與願印，左手自然閒適的插於腿側，赤足立於蓮臺之上。
本尊菩薩像造型優美，手腳刻劃細膩，肌肉線條寫實，飽滿富有彈性，完美體現十七世紀成熟的造像工藝。其自然姿態與風格，高超寫實的技巧展現，實為箇中珍品。
