铭文： 介于石。庚子秋九月秋浦书于白云精舍之馆。 配红木天盖。铭者简介： 王启曾(1802～1880)，号秋浦，蓬莱人，道光十六年(1836年)进士。少时聪颖博学，精通经史，善诗词，工书法，初临魏晋名帖，后遍研习唐、宋诸家书体。官刑部主事，转郎中，后擢广平府知府。咸丰十一年(1862年)，山东烟台新设东海关，王启曾奉檄往经理，后加监运使衔，补正定知府。
