NGC MS61，1524677-006。民国八年（公元1919年）天津造币厂以原民国三年袁世凯像系列银元的图案为原型，再度尝试发行金币，制作面额为“拾圆”及“贰拾圆”金币两种，由当时财政总长曹汝霖负责此案。1920年11月，曾拜访天津总厂的伍德华对此记述颇为详细，被耿爱德引用于《中国货币论》内，其译文为：“此币非临时纪念性质，盖其时当局确有制发金币供应市面流通之计划。惟嫌发行过早，事前筹划未能周详，故结果如昙花一现，旋即消灭。此币所造不多，出厂后即由政界、银行界及收藏家搜刮一空，绝未能在市面流通。” 数量：1
