铭文：“此断碑砚石美工良，上方有铭详款及印识应是周侍郎郎家物”
款识：“留庆山房” 说明：砚式长方，砚面开圆形砚堂，砚首阴刻楷书铭文。砚背镌刻隶书铭文，张力十足，刀笔遒劲自然，摄人心魂。洮河石砚简称洮砚，是中国四大名砚之一，洮砚石质温润，发墨而不损笔，久储而不干涸，呵之出水，手感如孩儿面，为历代文人所珍爱。
