此瓶呈八方形，撇口，细长颈，颈部有两周凸弦纹，腹上部亦塑数周凸弦纹，底与器身内外满挂粉青釉。釉面抚之如绢，温润古朴，光亮莹润，釉如堆脂，素静典雅，色泽滋润纯正。视之如碧峰翠色，有似玉非玉之美，为极佳的仿汝窑器物，弥足珍贵。
