Model: Anti-Magnetic Chronograph Reference: 2508 Date: Circa 1935 Movement: Jewelled manual wind, column wheel chronograph Dial: Silvered, polished bullet hour markers with Arabic numeral 6 and 12, black inner minute track with Arabic numeral 5 minute markers, blue outer telemeter scale, black outer tachymeter scale, subsidiary dials at 3 and 9 for 60 and 30 minute recording, polished leaf hands Case: Brushed and polished round, snap on back, crown flanked by twin olive form buttons Strap/Bracelet: Green associated alligator leather Buckle/Clasp: Associated steel buckle Signed: Case, dial & movement Size: 37mm 注脚 The reference 2508 was first introduced in the mid-1930s and was the first Rolex chronograph to feature two pushers and two registers. The current lot is one of the earlier executed pieces of this reference as denoted by the 37mm case and olive shaped pushers. Later versions were downsized marginally to 36mm and featured square pushers.
