程君房，活跃于明代末年，安徽制墨名家，与同时代的方于鲁齐名，与清代制墨名家曹素功交好，曹氏之墨深得程君房之影响。有“古有程君房、方于鲁，今有曹素功、胡开文”之说。他着有《程氏墨苑》，为后世研究墨提供了重要资料。明代墨流传不多，程君房之名家制墨者更少。《程君房墨谱》中收录有此墨样。
