此例天蓝釉折沿盘，器形简素，余韵悠长。其胎骨坚实，釉面乳浊质感，裹足满釉，见三支钉烧痕。与本品极为相似一例，藏于故宫博物院，博物馆编号为故143002-1239。 另有一相似例但五支钉痕者，台北故宫博物院藏，载于《故宫藏瓷大系：钧窑之部》，台北，1999年，图版55。 钧瓷以河南宝丰清凉寺窑、禹州神垕刘家门窑等所烧制质量佳，此盘无论从其颜色釉质均为上乘，是典型禹州刘家门产品，其裹足满釉支烧方式更多见于刘家门窑第一期，此阶段产品质量与装烧工艺最为精美。
