释尊挺身颔首，左手置于腹前，右手当胸捻指，结说法印，全跌迦端坐。螺发肉髻，面容静穆，慈悲庄严。杏目含苞，双眉如弯月，眉弓与鼻梁连为一线。颈部蚕节纹。圆肩修身，着通肩衲衣，下着高束腰长裙，腰间绶带打结，衣纹写实而简练，流畅婉转。下承仰覆莲式须弥座，莲瓣颀长且饱满，三层叠压，排列规矩井然有序，环绕器座一周，与主尊风格相统一。
整体造型完美，不似常见的明代晚期造像头大身小，比例失衡的特征，丰腴而不虚，近人而不俗，为明代金铜造像的经典之作，当为藏家所重。
