玉佩呈圆形，由白玉雕琢而成，质色细腻润泽。通体使用镂雕技法，雕工得体，精巧入微。玉佩外圈雕琢竹节纹饰，中部镂雕一长尾鹦鹉，栖息于桃枝上，双爪紧握树枝，圆眼尖喙，双翅收紧，长尾低垂蜷曲，周围花叶掩映。整件玉佩，玲珑剔透，虚实相生，引人入胜，让人爱不释手。
