此器折边口，弧腹，平底。通体以深蓝色珐琅釉为主，辅以白、红、绿、黄等色饰缠枝莲纹及花鸟纹。盘心为主题纹饰花鸟纹，仙鹤或双翅尽展，翱于空中，或引颈昂首，傲立于此。周围花卉丛生。盘内壁以白釉为地，其上点缀缠枝莲纹。口部纹饰一致。外壁纹饰简约，以数朵菊花纹点缀，并作云纹掐丝。
整器造型端庄大方，纹饰繁密，盘通体掐丝较工整流畅，十分规范，符合明嘉靖时期主要的工艺方式，全器色料使用丰富，鲜艳明丽，填釉准确。
