A Meissen figure of a shepherdess, circa 1755Playing the recorder and wearing a puce jacket embellished with gilt and purple foliate motifs, a white floral skirt and yellow shoes, a sheep reclining at her feet and a leafy tree beside her, the base moulded with gilt-edged scrollwork and applied with leaves and flowers, 25cm high, crossed swords mark in underglaze-blue to the rear of the base (minor restoration and chips)
