A Meissen figure of a shepherdess, circa 1755Wearing a pale yellow jacket over a yellow bodice with black stomacher, a pink skirt embellished with gilt flowers and puce foliage and yellow shoes, holding a staff, a sheep lying beside her, the moulded scrollwork base applied with leaves and flowers, 24.2cm high crossed swords mark in underglaze-blue to the rear of the base (some restoration)
