The elongated ovoid vase tapering to a slightly splayed food and finished with an everted mouth, painted in polychrome enamels and gilt over a crackled glaze with blossoming prunus and leafy bamboo above a band of swirling clouds, the neck painted with phoenixes, signed on the underside Satsuma Kokusai and with a red seal
