敞口，深腹，浅圈足。碗内壁饰以三组酱黑色四瓣菱花形剪纸贴花纹样。剪纸贴花在吉州窑装饰方法中占很大比重。制作方法为在器物坯上先施一层釉，然后将剪纸纹样贴在釉面，再在其上弹撒另一种褐釉，烧成后，类似窑变的色釉与黑褐色纹样形成深浅相映，动静相辅的装饰效果。
