白玉质，雕成圆球状水盂，内壁掏膛匀净，外壁点缀数朵朵云纹，两侧镂雕螭龙，形成双柄。螭龙身形狭长，四肢抓附在水盂外壁，侧首向一侧张望，螭龙整个身体拱起，形成硕大的孔洞，尾巴曲卷飘逸，眼鼻耳等身体细节刻画细腻。整体姿态灵动，极具动感，富有张力。 水盂配有木托及银勺，银勺形制特殊，为四方柱体，饰有圆珠纹，一端弯曲成钩环，相比常见的细长银勺，这把银勺风格古拙，较为少见。
