唇口、短束颈、丰肩、圆腹向下渐收，圈足，底无釉，见「火石红」。肩部刻双层勾云纹，腹部刻网格纹饰，刀工犀利，婉转流畅。通体施龙泉青釉，釉色青翠略闪黄，温润晶莹，婉若青玉。《饮流斋说瓷》认为：「口径之小，仅与梅之瘦骨相称，故名梅瓶也」，其用途为酒器、花器。本品轮廓线条柔和优美，釉色清脆润泽，气质高雅秀丽，为明初龙泉青釉珍品。
