此尊观音立像铸造精良，时代、风格鲜明，为清仿北魏金铜造像之典范。观音身形婀娜，略作三折，体态俊雅匀称，右手腰际持净瓶，左手举杨柳，双腿笔直利于莲台之上，下承四方台座。叶形头光较为宽大，背面阴刻铭文：正光元年二月二十……，北魏正光元年为公元520年。
