此尊佛像宝相庄严静穆，肉髻高隆，顶严为宝珠。修眉垂目，薄唇微阖，双耳及肩。身着袈裟袒右襟，左手置腹部结禅定印，右手下垂。肩臂腿腹处，衣纹褶皱、转折起伏，自然流畅，腿部衣纹呈对称状密集分布，转折自如，潇洒飘逸，质感和立体感颇强。莲座为双层束腰仰覆莲样式，造型规范，上下边缘各饰一周圆形连珠纹，莲花瓣周围环绕，饱满有力。
